At Chimney Hills Dental, our intent is to always be upfront and honest about your oral health options and the associated cost, prior to providing any services. Understanding your options and your financial obligations is a critical step to a good experience.

Maximizing Your Insurance Benefits
If you have dental insurance, let’s work together to maximize your benefits! Just let our team know what insurance you have and we will complete and submit all the necessary paperwork. If the cost of a procedure is a concern, our staff will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate.

We gladly accept most PPO insurances. Below you will find a list of some of the major insurance and payment plans that we accept. If you don’t see your provider on our list, please call our office at 918-492-0412 to find out if we are a preferred provider on your plan.

Payment
We ask that you pay for any portion of treatment not covered by your insurance at the time of the appointment. If you are having significant dental work done, we can certainly offer a phased treatment plan to spread your costs over time. We accept cash, checks or credit card payments.

We also offer third party financing and payment plans.  Qualified patients can receive low-interest monthly payments and convenient term options with CareCredit.  Learn more about CareCredit by clicking on the logo below or contact our office for more details.

In-office Savings Plan

If you don’t have dental insurance, one way to save might be to enroll in our in-office savings plan. At Chimney Hills Dental we offer various plans that provide cleanings and discounts on other procedures for an annual subscription fee.

As you know, to carry dental “insurance” you usually pay a monthly premium and then receive discounts on services. For a family of four (4), this could mean annual spending of $1100 per year.

With our savings plan, you would receive similar benefits (cleanings and discounts) for $936. Plus, this savings plan is not dependent on keeping the same job or the same insurance company. By cutting out the middleman, we can work together to ensure your long-term oral health!
